Vanessa Benoit / Pastry Chef

A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Vanessa has been in the industry for over 10 years.  She started off working in restaurants and small bakeries before starting her own business.  She specialized in occasion cakes using a variety of techniques including airbrushing, 3-D sculpting and sugar work.  After graduating she moved to Cape Cod and joined the Regatta Team!
