We are conveniently located directly on Route 28 in Cotuit,
halfway between Hyannis and Falmouth. Finding us is easy
from any direction.
From New York and Providence: Take
Route 495 which then becomes Router 25 and ends at the Cape
Cod
Canal.
Travel
along the bank
of the canal for about four miles on your way to Route 6
and the Sagamore Bridge.
Cross the Sagamore Bridge onto Route
6. Continue 3.25 miles to Exit 2 (Route 130). At the bottom
of the ramp bear right onto Route 130 and follow for approximately
10.5 miles to the traffic light at Route 28.
Turn left
onto Route 28. We are located directly on Route 28, 1/4
mile on
the right, in a large red Federal mansion, with a white
fence at the entrance to our parking area.
From Boston: Take Route 3 to the Sagamore
Bridge and go halfway around the rotary and cross the Sagamore
Bridge
onto Route 6.
Continue 3.25 miles to Exit 2 (Route 130).
At the bottom of the ramp bear right onto Route 130 and
follow for approximately 10.5 miles to the traffic light
at Route
28.
Turn left onto Route 28. We are located directly on
Route 28, 1/4 mile on the right, in a large red Federal
mansion, with a white fence at the entrance to our parking
area.
From Hyannis area, and points east: From
the Barnstable airport rotary take Route 28 north towards
Cotuit, Mashpee
and Falmouth and follow for approximately 6 miles, through
6 traffic lights. There is a large Stop and Shop shopping
center on your right at the last traffic light
before The Regatta.

2 miles
beyond on the left, directly on Route 28, in a large red
Federal mansion, with a white fence at the entrance to our
parking area.
From Falmouth: Take Route 28 towards Hyannis.
When you reach the Mashpee Rotary go halfway around it. Continue
on Route
28 towards Hyannis for approximately 3 miles. We are located
directly on Route 28, on the right hand side, in a large
red Federal mansion, with a white
fence
